Hand-pulled Lanzhou noodles | JIAO Club #3

We warmly invite you to the third edition of the JIAO Club! This time it is all about a speciality from northwest China: Lanzhou noodles, freshly pulled by hand.

At Amber Pulled Noodles on Hindenburgstraße, the owners will introduce their restaurant and the chef will show us how hand-pulled noodles are made: with just a few moves, a single strand of dough turns into long, fine noodles. They are served in a rich beef broth with tender beef, fresh coriander, spring onions and spicy chilli oil. “As a native of Lanzhou, I would like to share a piece of authentic cooking from my hometown with you,” says Amber Pulled Noodles.

After the demonstration we will taste the noodles ourselves and get talking over the meal, in German & 中文. No previous knowledge needed, everyone is welcome.
