AKII Lab at International Summer School on Sports Physics and Technology 2022

The 27th CISM-IUTAM International Summer School on Sports Physics and Technology 2022  was a great opportunity for Gheorghe Lisca to connect and collaborate with renowned scientists from the University of Udine, MIT, Ecole Polytechnique from Paris, France, Loughborough University, UK, UJM St-Etienne & Institut Universitaire de France and CNRS and Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France. The focus of the meeting was researching the physics of sports and developing equipment and technology. The event was particularly relevant for AKII Lab research on energetics and biomechanics of human locomotion, neuromuscular function and fatigue, and the cost of running. We are grateful to CISM, International Centre for Mechanical Sciences, for awarding a fellowship to Gheorghe to travel and attend the meeting in Udine, Italy.
