Confucius New Study plan does still have Ph.D.-scholarships. 18 Chinese universities do participate, especially Renmin University of China. A list of supervising scholars and research areas at RUC is attached.

項目基本介紹：

（一）Joint Research Ph.D. Fellowship 中外合作培养博士项目

1. 项目内容    资助外国大学注册的优秀博士生在读期间来华学习、联合研究及撰写博士论文。一般为１学期至２学年。

2. 申请资格    Application criteria:

    非中国公民。
    正式注册的外国正规大学在读博士生。
    语言水平达到汉语水平考试（HSK）三级及以上，同等条件下汉语水平优异者优先。

（二）Ph.D. in China Fellowship  来华攻读博士学位项目

1. 项目内容    资助外国优秀硕士攻读中国大学博士学位。根据大学学制要求，一般为3到４年。

2. 申请资格    Application criteria:

    非中国公民。
    语言水平达到汉语水平考试（HSK）五级以上，同等条件下汉语水平优异者优先。
    已获得硕士学位，或应届毕业硕士生。

2022年报名截止日期为    Application deadline: 2022年2月28日
注意：本年度报名申请材料不需邮寄，请确保完成线上报名（【报名审核状态】显示报名表【已提交】，说明在线报名已成功提交）
